We at iManage believe that our people are the most valuable resource in the organization. By people,we mean the triumvirate of People in Management, People inFunctional/Support Divisions, and People in Operations. Each group functions as a leg on a tripod, that without one, everything will fall.

Since it is the people that is the heart of our organization, we believe that we always employ only the best of the best. We are not after geniuses, what we in the organization have are doers, those that could execute plans and actions with tenacious can-do attitude.
