What Service Level Agreements can you offer?

We offer a standard turnaround time of 24 hours with a transcription quality exceeding 95% based on AAMT standards. We do also offer shorter turnaround times from 4 to 12 hours to suit your needs.

How do I go about the dictation process?

iManage offers several different ways that allows you to conveniently send dictations over to us. Dictations can be done through handheld digital recorders and electronically submitted to us via secured FTP or encrypted Email, or dictations can be done through phone via toll-free lines available on a 24 x 7 basis. We do also accept dictations done through the old-reliable tape recorders and sent to us via courier mail.

How do I receive the reports?

iManage offers different secured ways of sending the reports to you. We could send the reports through secured FTP or encrypted Email and you can download it at your most convenient time. We can also setup a Web based Electronic Medical Records system that will allow you to see reports anytime, anywhere.

How would I be charged for your transcription services?

We normally charge on a $.08 cents per 65-character line basis with price varying depending on turnaround time, type of medical report, dictation system, reporting system, dictation volume, and length of contract.
